(S)(T)(A)(Y) (H)(A)(P)(P)(Y). And you know what? It’s pretty darn simple to follow.
So make these small changes in your life and feel the benefits!
(S)INGING Most people spend soooo much time in the shower. And you totally forgot that you can actually perform in there when you’re showering (lol). Even If people tell you that you sing badly or want you to keep your volume down, keep singing and DO NOT STOP! You will find joy singing in the shower. Grab the shower head and use that as your microphone ;) Sing it all out… and you will realise, singing is better than talking!
(T)RY You turn up at a restaurant with friends and see it has the longest queue. When you finally get in, you place your order. Even if the service turns out to be a bit of disappointment, try putting yourself in the busy waiter’s/waitress’s shoes. Try talking to them nicely even if they’re not so friendly. So your food’s served, but they placed the wrong order. What do you do? “Excuse me, I did not order this. I asked for a sirloin steak not salmon.” Hey! Try to observe the atmosphere of the restaurant. Are you the only table? The whole place is packed and there’s still a queue. Be nice. Tell them they’ve placed the wrong order, but do not ask them to take it back. I’ll tell you why. You’ve already waited just to have a dinner. So try another dish that was served by mistake. You’ll see a grateful smile from the waitress/waiter who felt bad for placing the wrong order. If you make a big deal about it, the time is wasted and so is the food. Try to be patient. It’s never easy to be in the food and beverage industry, my darlings. I know it’s their job, but certainly you’ll make her/his day (job) easy today, and someday others will make your day easier. B/c life is a cycle. (:

(A)PPRECIATE Many people take things for granted. Take all the time you need, to appreciate people, your friends, appreciate even the least or smallest things. Take time to appreciate nature. Appreciate everything you have now. It’s now that matters.
(Y)OU Decisions lie within YOU. Whether you wanna choose to be happy or you wanna be grumpy? You sometimes think you’re lost and call your friends for an answer, but sometimes you realise you’re not looking for an answer, you just wanted someone to listen. Well, the answer lies within YOU. It’s still up to you to make decisions and choices. You can ask for advice, or help, like you do not know what to do or not to do, and then people start to tell you what to do… where’s your own voice? You start listening to stories which are about your friends instead of using your own heart to feel. How are you going to be happy? If you’ve even lost your own self? Think about it! The answers are in your heart.

Accept and learn from acceptance!
(H)EALTH Health is wealth. To stay happy, you will have to let your worries go. By having enough sleep, enough rest. Good health is everything. With better health comes creativity, ability and hope. And also good attitude.
(A)CCEPTANCE Forget about labels. Or how big or small your friend is. Accept your friends’ flaws. Accept things that’ve already happened. Whether she is bi/straight/lesbian/gay/ doesn’t matter. If she is tall or short, slim or bubbly, every one of us is unique. People aren’t perfect; accept each others’ flaws. Sometimes it turns out to be a surprise when you accept and learn from acceptance.
(P)HOTOGRAPHY Take any pictures you see (no, I’m not telling you to be a perv – LOL!) But, hey, don’t ever try taking pictures of people sleeping (it’s not polite!) Look at the sky, the sea, the scenery… everything except people… some (or most) people are sensitive. When they see anyone taking pictures, they run away instantly! If you’re taking mine, please do pay for the copyright :p LOL… I’m joking. Taking pictures of your friends, your family, your fave food, or even a piece of artwork you love, will make you feel a sense of contentment b/c the pictures that you took are so beautiful they’ll make you look like a professional photographer :D Oh… I love to snap pictures; sorry If I snap you while you’re sleeping (lol) I will not put it up on FB hahahahhahaa… (just joking!)

Get snappin’ to cheer yourself up (but no naked ones of strangers, please!)
(P)OSITIVITY When your thoughts are positive, darlings, all the good things will come your way. Negativity will not take you anywhere. And when the good things come along your way, your two hands will have to try and grab ‘em tight ;) Lol… Don’t miss out things… Keep grabbing on… (ha ha!)
(Y)ESTERDAY It is TODAY and right now that matter most. Yesterday is past. What’s past is past. If you only dwell on the past, all you’re gonna do is miss the NOW in TODAY. Don’t dwell on the past or you’re so gonna miss out all the good happenings and happiness in your life now. And life really is so beautiful. Everyday is full of surprises for you to explore. •

Definitely Art!
Creating something that purely reflects me is incredibly relieving and sometimes enlightening. The art I create is also a form of communication. Anyone that knows me personally will tell you that I’m quite awkward to talk to face to face. I stutter and often get off track. Writing or just creating something focuses my message.
