People of all sexualities and genders can have major muscle action going on, though it’s always been true that gay men in particular place a huge amount of emphasis on sculpting the perfect body. Some guys will consider anyone with less than vast pecs a stick insect, but there are a range of different types of muscular bodies – all of them though, take a great amount of work and effort – and often much self-sacrifice.
