I had 1500 Points. Enough to buy the VIP Status. I bought it. But now the points are away and I have no VIP Status. Why?

Hi,
with the 1500 points we got, we only can get a Premium Status. And looking in your profile you have this status. I can see it because there is tiny star

behind your nickname.
