I was suggested to ask the forum if someone can help in the East Bay Area ( Northern California) and guide me to a safe place to explore this urge/feeling. Is there anybody that can help?

While I'm not from the Bay Area, I would guess there are more than a few Bay area gays who frequent this forum, or you could also flirt and cruise on other gay websites. There are sex clubs in the area where you may be able to satisfy your "urge/feeling". In most communities Bottoms outnumber Tops by large amounts, so I'd think many a Bottom would be excited to open their legs for you.
